1991 Toyota Supra
5 Spd
Blue-White/Blue
Sumiton, AL

Story:
I bought my car from AutoTrader for $3500.00 from a guy in Utah. He drove it half way down and I drove half way up with my cousin. I loved the car at first sight and bought it. I kept the 7m in it for about two years until the horrible knock monster showed up one day. I then bought a 1jz clip from Aaron at driftmotion.com. I worked on the car all winter replacing everything that could be replaced and I even removed the twins in favor of a GT35r single turbo. I replaced the stock injectors as well, and now I have it running like a supra should run.............minus the whole torque thing.

RWHP:
543.2

Torque (ft/lb):
None of your business..................(437.3)

Engine:
1jzgte

Turbo:
Garrett gt35r w/ ar.70

Nitrous:
I don't have any nitrous on it, and I doubt I ever will, but I'm not promising either way

Head:
I had my head ported and polished with a three angle valve job. I kept the stock valves and retainers.

Intake:
I have the stock ffim that came with my 1jz

Exhaust:
My car has a custom 3" exhaust that came on my car, but it has been cut and welded many times due to different modifications. I could probably use a better exhaust system, and I plan on replacing it later on down the road.

Fuel:
I have a single Walbro 255 fuel pump with SARD 624cc injectors. I kept the stock fuel rail (for right now)

Drivetrain:
My car was originally a automatic, but after going through three auto trannys, I opted for the five speed swap. I have the stock driveshaft, but I changed my stock 3.73 gears for the 3.91's. I plan on getting a one piece driveshaft sometime next year.

Suspension:
I have the TEIN coilovers on my car to give it a more aggressive stance. It rides alot rougher than my stock ride, but I felt the compromise was worth it.

Brakes:
I have slotted rotors on all four wheels with braided steel brake lines. I have the stock calipers still, but hopefully one day will get to replace them with the wilwood kit.

Electronics:
My boost is controlled through an Apexi AVC-R, but everything else is controlled using a Stinger Standalone that I purchased from Aaron @ www.driftmotion.com . He has helped me with my car alot over the last year. I highly reccommend using them if you can.

Interior:
I have custom made blue and white leather seats, as well as blue and white door panels and inserts. My console lid, shifter boot, and ebrake boot are also blue leather. It added alot of weight to my car, but when you have a 1jz, you don't worry about weight..........lol

Exterior:
My car is probably painted the best color Toyota offers on a supra......yep you guessed it.......8j3....lol I have 18's on it right now, but I'm looking to replace them with some really fat 17's so I can hook up on street tires. I have a real obsession with the smell of burning rubber and screeching asphalt.

Custom:
I don't have alot of tools or knowhow to make many custom parts. On top of that, nobody around here will work on my car since it has one of dem dare turbos as they so eloquently put it everytime I drive up to a shop.

Press:
I don't have any awards to prove it, but I have the self proclaimed prettiest supra in my driveway. My wife saids otherwise though. I did win Ride of the month on Supramania and I was in the top three of Ride of the year, but lost out to another 8j3 supra................told you it was the best color offered.........lol

Track time:
My best time to date on a quarter mile track is 13.24 @ 112mph, but I"ve only been three times, so I"m still working on it.

Future plans:
My next upgrade is going to be an aluminum flywheel with steel insert, and probably an aluminum driveshaft. I may also add another walbro fuel pump for added safety.
